AutoUnion usado en el aeropuerto de Heraklion en julio de 2019. El lugar de recogida estaba justo fuera de la terminal junto con todas las demás empresas de alquiler de coches. Ich brauchte ein Auto Union am Flughafen Heraklion im Juli 2019. Sie war direkt vor dem Terminal zusammen mit allen anderen Autovermietungen. Sie empfingen uns in einem klimatisierten Büro und gaben uns Wasserflaschen. Das Personal hat unser Gepäck für uns ins Auto geladen. Ich war ein wenig besorgt darüber, dass abgeschwürige Teile der Kunststoffradverkleidung bei Erhalt nicht auf dem Fahrzeugprüfformular vermerkt worden waren, aber mir wurde gesagt, dass diese bei Bedarf ersetzt werden und nicht Teil der Inspektion sind. Der Vertreter blieb jedoch seinem Wort treu, und wir wurden nicht mit überhöhten Gebühren belastet. Ich würde mich freuen, das Unternehmen wieder zu nutzen.

Nous avons utilisé AutoUnion à Héraklion à l’aéroport en juillet 2019. Le lieu de collecte était juste à l’extérieur du terminal aux côtés de toutes les autres sociétés de location de voitures.Nous avons été accueillis dans un bureau climatisé et nous avons reçu des bouteilles d’eau. Le personnel a chargé nos bagages dans la voiture pour nous.J’étais un peu inquiet que les éraflures sur les enjoliveurs en plastique n’aient pas été enregistrées sur le formulaire d’inspection du véhicule, mais on m’a dit que ceux-ci sont remplacés lorsque cela est nécessaire et ne font pas partie de l’inspection. Cependant, le représentant a été fidèle à sa parole et nous n’avons encouru aucun frais supplémentaire. utiliserait à nouveau avec plaisir l’entreprise.

Used Auto Union at Heraklion Airport in July 2019. Pick up location was just outside terminal alongside all the other car rental companies. We were welcomed into an air-conditioned office and given bottles of water. The staff loaded our luggage into the car for us. I was a little concerned that scuffs on the plastic wheel trims had not been recorded on the vehicle inspection form at pick-up but I was told that these are replaced when necessary and don’t form part of the inspection. However, the rep was true to his word and we did not incur any excess charges. Would happily use the company again.

Alquilamos un automóvil desde la sucursal del aeropuerto de Heraklion para nuestras vacaciones de 12 días del 19 al 30 de agosto de 2019 El papeleo se realizó en una pequeña oficina con aire acondicionado y se completó rápidamente. Wir haben ein Auto für unseren 12-tägigen Urlaub vom 19. bis 30. August 2019 gemietet. Der Papierkram wurde in einem kleinen, klimatisierten Büro schnell erledigt. Die Person, die mit uns zu tun hatte, hat alles sehr klar erklärt. Wir erhielten einen brandneuen Seat Ibiza und es gab eine sehr gründliche Überprüfung des Autos, so dass die 2 kleinen Dellen bereits identifiziert und in der Form hervorgehoben wurden. Sie waren leicht zu finden, effizient, freundlich und in einer privilegierten Position, um schnell auf die Autobahn zu gelangen. Ich bin sicher, dass ich sie wieder verwenden wird. Ihre Preise waren auch sehr vernünftig.

Nous avons loué une voiture pour des vacances de 12 jours du 19 au 30 août 2019.La paperasse a été effectuée dans un petit bureau climatisé et s’est achevée rapidement. La personne qui nous a traité a tout expliqué très clairement : on nous a donné une toute nouvelle Seat Ibiza et un contrôle très approfondi de la carrosserie a été fait, de sorte que les 2 petites bosses déjà présentes ont été identifiées et marquées sur le formulaire. Trouver, efficace, convivial et situé dans une position de choix pour accéder rapidement à l’autoroute. Nous les utiliserons certainement à nouveau. Leurs prix étaient également très raisonnables.

We hired a car for our 12-day holiday 19 – 30 August 2019. The paperwork was done in a small air-conditioned office and was completed quickly. The person dealing with us explained everything very clearly. We were given a brand-new Seat Ibiza and a very thorough check was done of the body work, so the 2 small dents already on it were identified and marked on the form. They were easy to find, efficient, friendly and located in a prime position to quickly get on to the motorway. Will definitely use them again. Their prices were also very reasonable.

Acabamos de utilizar la AutoUnion en Paphos, Chipre, y no podríamos haber estado más felices. Chris, el propietario, estaba allí para recibirnos desde el aeropuerto como estaba previsto. Cuando llegamos a la oficina, tuvimos un pequeño problema con la tarjeta de crédito y él estaba feliz de esperar hasta que todo se solucionó. El coche estaba absolutamente bien, limpio y fiable. Cuando devolvimos el coche, ni siquiera lo inspeccionó, sino que nos devolvió el depósito inmediatamente. Wir haben gerade ein Auto in Paphos Zypern gemietet und könnten nicht glücklicher sein. Chris der Besitzer war da, um uns beim Flughafen wie geplant zu treffen. Als wir im Büro ankamen, hatten wir ein kleines Problem mit der Kreditkarte und waren glücklich zu warten, bis alles geklärt war. Das Auto war absolut ok, sauber und zuverlässig. Wir waren besorgt, bevor wir einen Mietwagen online buchten, getäuscht zu werden, und wir waren etwas vorsichtig, mussten uns aber keine Sorgen machen. Ich bin sicher, dass wir sie wieder verwenden werden. Es ist alles in Ordnung!

Nous venons d’utiliser AutoUnion à Paphos Chypre et nous n’aurions pas pu être plus heureux. Chris le propriétaire était là pour nous rencontrer depuis l’aéroport comme prévu. Quand nous sommes arrivés au bureau, nous avons eu un léger problème avec la carte de crédit et il était heureux d’attendre que tout soit réglé. La voiture était absolument bien, propre et fiable. Lorsque nous avons rendu la voiture, il n’a même pas inspectez-le mais venez de retourner notre dépôt immédiatement. Avant de réserver une voiture de location en ligne, nous étions inquiets d’être arnaqués et nous étions un peu prudents mais nous n’avions pas à nous inquiéter. Nous les utiliserions certainement à nouveau. Aucun problème du tout !

We have just used auto union in Paphos Cyprus and couldn’t have been happier. Chris the owner was there to meet us from the airport as planned. When we got to the office, we had a slight problem with the credit card and he was happy to wait until it was all sorted out. The car was absolutely fine, clean and reliable. When we returned the car, he didn’t even inspect it but just returned our deposit immediately. We were worried before booking a hire car online about being ripped off and we were a little cautious but didn’t need to worry. We would definitely use them again. No problems at all!

Alquilamos un coche en Creta (aeropuerto de Chania) recientemente y, lamentablemente, devolvimos el coche con daños. El tipo que recibió el auto, Vagelis, fue fantástico. Wir haben vor kurzem ein Auto auf Kreta (Flughafen Chania) gemietet und das Auto leider mit Beschädigungen zurückgegeben. Der Typ, der das Auto abgeholt hat – Vagelis – war fantastisch. Er war mitfühlend und liebevoll und tat alles, was er konnte, damit wir uns besser fühlten, uebr das, was geschehen war. Er gab uns alle Dokumente, die wir brauchten, um einige von ihnen in unserer Reiseversicherung zurückzufordern. Ich kann wirklich nicht mehr über das Unternehmen in Chania sprechen. Ich wurde viele Male von anderen Unternehmen getäuscht, und es war großartig, auf eine Firma zu stoßen, das Integrität hatte und in einer schwierigen Situation sehr hilfreich war. Nous avons récemment loué une voiture En Crète (Chania). Malheureusement, nous avons endommagé la voiture. Le gars qui a reçu la voiture – Vaggelis – était fantastique. Je ne peux vraiment pas parler plus haut de l’entreprise à Chania J’ai déjà été arnaqué de nombreuses fois par d’autres entreprises et c’était formidable de rencontrer une société avec intégrité et d’être très utile dans une situation difficile pour nous. Je les recommande totalement en fonction de notre expérience.

We rented a car in Crete (Chania airport) recently and, unfortunately, returned the car with damage. The guy who received the car – Vagelis – was fantastic. He was sympathetic and caring and did everything he could to make us feel better about what had happened. He gave us all the documentation we needed to claim back some of it on our travel insurance. I really can’t speak more highly of the company in Chania. I’ve been ripped off numerous times by other companies and it was great to come across an outlet that had integrity and were very helpful in a difficult situation. Totally recommend them based on our experience.

Alquilamos un Suzuki Vitara diésel, para mi familia de 5 personas. Llegamos tarde en la noche, un poco antes de lo que nos comunicamos. En 10 minutos llegó el asistente de alquiler. antes de partir obtuvimos para todos nuestros pasajeros una botella de agua fresca. Después de 10 minutos podríamos conducir hasta nuestro hotel. Primero visite una estación de tanques que estaba cerca. El auto fue genial. Tuvo buenas actuaciones para conducir por toda Creta. Visitamos el Cañón de Samaria y algunas playas. Me hizo sonreír conduciendo este coche por colinas y montañas. Además, las calles estrechas de Koutouloufari estaban bien para recorrer. Al final del viaje teníamos que tener la misma cantidad de diesel en el tanque. Fue un poco más pero eso no me importó. El coche estaba genial, el Arco fue un placer y el procedimiento de devolución fue rápido porque no tenía rasguños ni otras cosas.
La próxima vez de nuevo AutoUnion porque hicieron una gran oferta, todos los seguros incluidos.

Wir haben einen Suzuki Vitara Diesel für meine 5-köpfige Familie gemietet. Spät in der Nacht kamen wir an, etwas früher, als wir kommunizierten. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten traf der Mietassistent ein. Nach 10 Minuten konnten wir zu unserem Hotel wegfahren. Das Auto war toll, es war in Ordnung und der Abgabeprozess war schnell. Nächstes Mal wieder AutoUnion, weil sie ein tolles Angebot gemacht hat, alle Versicherung enthalten. Vielen Dank für die langen Meilen.

Nous avons loué du diesel Suzuki Vitara, pour ma famille de 5 personnes. Tard dans la nuit, nous sommes arrivés, un peu plus tôt que prévu. Dans les 10 minutes, l’assistant de location est arrivé. Après 10 minutes, nous pourrions conduire à notre hôtel. La voiture était super, c’était un plaisir et la procédure de retour a été rapide. La prochaine fois encore AutoUnion parce qu’ils ont fait une offre intéressante, toutes les assurances sont valables. Merci pour les superbes kilomètres.

We hired a Suzuki Vitara diesel, for my family of 5 people. Late at night we arrived, a little bit earlier than communicated. Within 10 minutes the rental assistant arrived. After 10 minutes we could drive away to our hotel. The car was great, it was a pleasure and the bringing back procedure was quick. Next time again AutoUnion because they made a great offer, all insurances inclusive. Thanks for the great kilometers.

Muy recomendable. En realidad, nunca pudimos alquilar nuestro automóvil ya que nuestras vacaciones se cancelaron efectivamente debido a Covid 19; sin embargo, el proceso mediante el cual cancelamos y recibimos un reembolso completo con solo un mes para el final fue perfecto, fueron muy fáciles de manejar y dejar una revisión era lo mínimo que podíamos hacer.

Wir kamen nie wirklich auf die Anmietung unseres Autos, da unser Urlaub praktisch wegen Covid 19 abgesagt wurde – aber der Prozess, durch den wir stornierten und eine volle Rückerstattung mit nur einem Monat zu gehen, war nahtlos – es war sehr einfach zu behandeln und eine Bewertung zu schreiben war das Mindeste, was wir tun konnten.

Nous n’avons jamais vraiment réussi à louer notre voiture car nos vacances ont effectivement été annulées en raison de Covid-19, mais le processus par lequel nous avons annulé et reçu un remboursement complet dans un mois seulement était transparent. Ils étaient très faciles à gérer et laisser un commentaire était le moins que nous puissions faire.

We never actually got round to hiring our car as our holiday effectively got cancelled due to Covid 19 – however the process by which we cancelled and received a full refund with just a month to go was seamless – they were very easy to deal with and leaving a review was the least we could do.

Tengo na excelente experiencia, me reciben en el aeropuerto cuando llegué y en el mismo lugar puedo dejar mi auto antes del vuelo a casa a las 4:30 am. El personal es amable y todo fue escrito de acuerdo. El depósito se devolvió en el primer día laborable según lo prometido. El coche era nuevo, económico, con transmisión automática y fácil de conducir en Chipre. Sugiero AutoUnion y definitivamente los usaré en el futuro.

Ich habe ein Auto von Auto Union in Zypern Paphos’ Flughafen gemietet. Ich habe ausgezeichnete Erfahrung. Sie haben mich am Flughafen getroffen, als ich ankam und an der gleichen Stelle konnte ich mein Auto wieder abgeben, bevor ich um 4:30 Uhr nach Hause flog. Das Personal ist freundlich und alles wurde in die Übereinstimmung geschrieben. Die Kaution wurde wie versprochen am ersten Werktag zurückerstattet. Das Auto war neu, sparsam, mit Automatikgetriebe und einfach in Zypern zu fahren. Ich schlage AutoUnion vor und werde sie auf jeden Fall in der Zukunft wieder verwenden.

Je loue une voiture à l’aéroport d’Autounion à Chypre Paphos. J’ai une excellente expérience, ils me rencontrent à l’aéroport quand je suis arrivé au même endroit où je peux déposer ma voiture avant le vol de retour à 4h30. Le personnel est sympathique et tout a été écrit en accord. Le dépôt a été retourné le premier jour ouvrable comme promis. La voiture était nouvelle, économique avec une transmission automatique et facile à conduire à Chypre. Je suggère Autounion et je les utiliserai certainement à l’avenir.

I rent car from Auto Union in Cyprus Paphos airport. I have excellent experience; they meet me in airport when I arrived and in the same place I can drop my car before flight home at 4:30 am. Staff is friendly and everything was just written in agreement. Deposit was returned in first working day as promised. Car was new, economical, with automatic transmission and easy to drive in Cyprus. I suggest AutoUnion and definitely will use them in future.

Usé AutoUnion por primera vez en Sofía, Bulgaria para Navidad, donde el personal fue increíble. Muy cortés, muy agradable, increíblemente servicial. Recogí del aeropuerto y regresé al aeropuerto y fue rápido y fácil. Cuando devolvía el coche, había una gran cantidad de tráfico inusualmente, había una cola para entrar al aparcamiento, así que estábamos en pánico ya que teníamos 1,5 horas hasta nuestro vuelo. Ich nutzte die AutoUnion zum ersten Mal in Sofia, Bulgarien für Weihnachten, wo das Personal erstaunlich war. Sehr freundlich, sehr angenehm, unglaublich hilfsbereit. Es war eine einfache Abholung vom Flughafen. Als ich das Auto zurückgab, gab es ungewöhnlich viel Verkehr, es gab eine Schlange, um in den Parkplatz zu gelangen, also waren wir in Panik, da wir 1,5 Stunden bis zu unserem Flug hatten. Ich rief den AutoUnion-Vertreter an, der unglaublich hilfsbereit war und vorschlug, dass sie ausfahren und das Auto von uns abholen könnten, während wir in der Schlange standen. Glücklicherweise konnten wir den Parkplatz rechtzeitig betreten und so war es nicht notwendig, aber ihre Bemühungen werden unglaublich geschätzt! Danke Jungs!

Nous avons utilisé Autounion pour la première fois à Sofia en Bulgarie pour Noël, où le personnel était incroyable.Très courtois, très agréable, incroyablement serviable.C’était une collection facile du véhicule à l’aéroport. Quand je rentrais la voiture, il y avait un trafic inhabituellement chargé, il y avait une file d’attente pour entrer dans le parking donc nous paniquions car il nous reste 1h30 avant notre vol. J’ai appelé le représentant de l’autounion, qui a été incroyablement utile et a suggéré qu’ils pourraient sortir et nous prendre la voiture pendant que nous étions dans la file d’attente. Heureusement, nous avons pu entrer dans le parking à l’heure et cela n’était pas obligatoire, mais leurs efforts sont incroyablement appréciés ! Merci les gars !

Used AutoUnion for the first time in Sofia, Bulgaria for Christmas, where the staff where amazing. Very courteous, very pleasant, incredibly helpful. It was an easy pick-up at the airport. When I was returning the car, there was unusually loads of traffic, there was a queue to get into the car park so we were panicking as we had 1.5hrs until our flight. I called the AutoUnion representative, who was incredibly helpful and suggested that they could come out and take the car from us while we were in the queue. Thankfully we were able to enter the car park on time and that wasn’t required, but their efforts are incredibly appreciated! thank you guys!
